Andy Bubb has lived and worked in remote Australia since 2003 in the agriculture, natural resource management and research services sector. Andy Bubb has a Bachelor of Applied Science in Agriculture from the University of Melbourne. In addition Andy Bubb has a Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training, has completed a Facilitation Training Program with the Groupwork Institute of Australia and a graduate Certificate in Evaluation through the University of Melbourne.

Ninti One Limited Leading an evaluation of the $12m 4-year Northern Territory Aboriginal Ranger Grant Program (REPORT), managing projects that provide 12-18 month intense support to remote aged care organisations and to complete a variety of successful funding applications. Representing Ninti One on the Outback Alliance Steering Committee (2019-2021).
